Do you sell propane?

Yes. Price per gallon will vary.

Can I stay with a converted vehicle?

No. We require all RV's to be RVIA Certified and intended to be used as a recreational vehicle by the manufacturer. 

Do you have a year restriction on RV's?

No. However, we do require all RVs staying in our park to be well-kept and in good condition. Please call for details.

Do you have firepits?

No. We allow the use of a propane fire ring/pit and are a propane/pellet facility only. We do not allow wood or charcoal.

Do you have a pool?

Yes. We have a seasonal outdoor pool, which is open from approximately Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend (dependent on weather).

Do you have cable TV?

Yes. We offer complimentary basic cable connection at every site.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes. We offer complimentary Wi-Fi service to all guests staying at our park. The Wi-Fi is intended for basic internet needs, such as checking email or looking up information and is not intended for streaming, online gaming or downloading. 

How many pets are allowed per site?

You can have up to three pets per site. If you will be bringing more than three pets, you will be charged an "additional pet fee" of $25 per pet.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

We have a strict no refund policy (no exceptions). You can cancel at any time. Any monies paid toward your reservation will go into a voucher, which you will have 12-months to use (subject to availability). You can use your voucher towards a future stay or for a retail purchase at any of our campgrounds. 

What is your reservation policy?

All we request at the time of reservation is some basic contact information and a non-refundable deposit that is applied to your stay upon check-in.

Do you have full hookup sites?

Yes, full hookups are available at every site. Full hookup includes: water, sewer and electric (20, 30, 50 and 100-amp service at select sites)

Do you allow tents?

No. We are an RV only campground (meaning only motorhomes, fifth wheels and trailers).

Can I reserve a specific site?

No. We guarantee site size, not specific site number. We will try our best to accommodate specific site requests, but due to the large volume of guests staying in our park, specific site requests might prevent us from accepting all reservations. As such, site requests are not guaranteed. 

When do I have to check out?

Check out is at 11:00 AM.

When can I check in?

Check in is at 12:00 PM.
